Cassandra Quinn she/her/hers (Lead Coach and Trainer) is a growth-oriented Communication, Business Strategy, and Leadership Coach and Trainer who thrives on creative problem-solving. As The Conversation Coach, Cassandra helps mission-led humans level up their success in business and in life by harnessing the profound power of authentic, intentional conversations. Her experience as an entrepreneur, her passion for education and creativity, and her natural ability in leadership and communication laid the foundations for her success as a coach, consultant, and trainer.  As a Communication Coach at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, she coaches medical students to develop effective and empathetic communication skills. Cassandra helps people unlock success by honing empathy-based communication and relationship-focused strategies. She has coached businesses in developing and implementing sales strategies, taught small business owners to be more effective leaders and salespeople, and successfully built and trained teams within both small businesses and 6 and 7 figure organizations.

Bruce Phillips he/him/his (Coach & Lead Improviser/Roleplay Facilitator)  is an educator, improviser,  writer, director, and communications trainer in Chicago. He specializes in corporate communication training and event production. He is the founder and executive director of High Stakes Productions, LLC and has worked with clients such as Chicago Public Schools, West Monroe Partners, The University Club of Chicago, Navigant, and many more. As a performer, he has toured with Second City Theatricals aboard the Norwegian Dawn and performs in the award-winning show Hitch*Cocktails at The Annoyance Theatre. He currently directs murder mystery productions for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines all over the world.
